Leadership is stewardship, not a formula. At Momenta, every engagement is guided directly by Sarah Mejia, whose background spans mathematics, secondary education, and business ownership. Naturally drawn to the underlying architecture of complex systems, Sarah integrates cognitive science, personality dynamics, and environmental design to examine how teams actually function—helping leaders uncover clarity where there was friction.
Though trained in systems and mathematics, Sarah’s work is deeply shaped by an innate love for aesthetic craft, spatial proportion, and the psychology of physical spaces. She believes physical environments fundamentally shape how people think, feel, and collaborate. Serving as corporate board secretary and strategic advisor to a high-end commercial and residential construction firm, she pairs an intuitive eye for materiality and proportion with real-world literacy in constructability—partnering with skilled artisans, contractors, and designers to bring spatial visions to life.
Informed by four years of bootstrapping and operating an enterprise, Sarah founded Momenta as the antithesis of overwhelming consulting playbooks. She provides thoughtful, low-friction counsel tailored to non-linear and entrepreneurial thinkers—designing every engagement around the client’s cognitive rhythm so the process brings momentum and peace of mind, never exhaustion.
